Greenhouse ATS applications with my-id.ca autofill
Greenhouse ATS applications with my-id.ca autofill
Canadian startups and scale-ups often hire through Greenhouse (boards.greenhouse.io). Forms are shorter than Workday but still repeat your contact block and LinkedIn URL on every application.
How my-id.ca helps
- Autofills name, email, phone, location, and LinkedIn from your profile.
- Inserts work history when Greenhouse uses multi-field experience sections.
- Keeps answers consistent across ten applications in a week — recruiters notice mismatched dates.
Good practice
- Greenhouse often asks "How did you hear about us?" — answer manually; it is analytics, not profile data.
- Custom questions like "Why this company?" deserve fresh text; keep a bullet outline in notes, not autofill.
- After submitting, add the role to Job Applications tracker.
