Fill it once.
Never fill it again.
my-id.ca keeps your identity documents and personal details in one Canadian vault — so government, rental and job forms fill themselves. The ones every other autofill gives up on.
Filling forms on behalf of clients? That’s hivi-x.ca, our business product.
This is the real mapping logic, running locally. In the app you drop in your own PDF and the same three steps apply — with the rest already saved in your vault.
Start where your paperwork is
I'm new to Canada
SIN, RC66, PR card, permits, licence exchange — the densest form load in the country.
Newcomer formsI'm job hunting
jobs.gc.ca, OPS and municipal postings — where generic autofill scores close to zero.
Job applicationsI'm renting
Applications, the Ontario Standard Lease and LTB forms — the same package, every move.
Rental formsI'm organizing family documents
Health cards, passports, school paperwork — one place for the whole household.
Personal data vaultWhat is my-id.ca?
my-id.ca is where Canadians keep their identity documents and personal details — so that government, rental and job forms fill themselves. Built and hosted in Canada. Your data is never sent to third-party AI.
The forms are the hook. The vault is what makes them easy forever: enter something once and every form after that already knows it.

01The gap
Autofill works — right up until the form matters
Job portals, sure. But the hardest, longest, most repetitive forms in a Canadian’s life are exactly where every incumbent stops.
That last bar is the entire reason my-id.ca exists.
IRCC, CRA, Service Canada, ServiceOntario. Long, repetitive, high-stakes, and nobody has built for them — because you have to know Canada to do it.
pieces of information the Ontario Standard Lease asks for that you have already given a landlord before.
the number of times IRCC’s IMM 5257 makes you repeat your address history in a single application.

02How it works
Three steps, then it’s permanent
Set up once with what you already have. Every form after that is a click.
Import in seconds
Upload a CV or connect LinkedIn. my-id.ca reads it and builds a structured profile — no blank-form data entry to get started.
One source of truth
Identity, addresses, employment, family members and documents in one encrypted Canadian vault. Update it once; it’s current everywhere.
Fill the form
One click on any website with the Chrome extension, drop in any PDF, or photograph a paper form. Review, then download or send.
03What’s in it
One profile, every kind of form
Everything below ships today — no waitlists, no “coming soon” on this page.
One-click web autofill
The Chrome extension maps your profile to a site’s fields, fills them in bulk, and lets you undo the whole run in one step.
Fill any PDF
Drop in a government PDF. my-id.ca reads the field map, fills it from your vault, and you review every value before download or flatten.
Photograph a paper form
Snap it with your phone. my-id.ca reads the layout and completes it from your saved details — the same review step applies.
Encrypted Canadian vault
Structured records for identity, contact, work history, family members and files — AES-256 at rest, hosted in Canada.
2,620 Ontario form guides
Plain-language walkthroughs of ServiceOntario forms across 29 ministries, plus federal guides for IRCC, CRA and Service Canada.
Someone requests a document; you approve or decline with one tap, and every share is recorded in your own history.
04The part everyone else words carefully
Your SIN is never sent to OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic.
Our AI runs on our own servers, in Canada. That isn’t a policy — it’s an architecture. There is no third-party model in the path, so there is nothing to opt out of and nothing to trust us about.
Self-hosted AI
Document reading, field mapping and chat all run on our own infrastructure. Nothing is handed to an outside model, and nothing trains one.
Canadian data residency
Your vault lives on Canadian infrastructure under PIPEDA and provincial law — including Quebec’s Law 25 — not shipped offshore.
You approve every share
Nothing leaves your vault without your tap. Approve or decline each request and review the full history whenever you want.
Leave with everything
Export your entire profile and every document any time, from your privacy settings. No fee, no waiting period, no lock-in.
05Two fair questions
“Won’t my browser just do this?”
Short answer: it will do the filling. It still needs somewhere to get the answers.
AI browser agents
Chrome’s Gemini agent, Comet, Claude for Chrome — they can navigate a page and type into it. Filling is being commoditized, and that’s fine.
What none of them have is a verified record of your life. They guess from your inbox, your past sessions, and whatever they can scrape. That’s exactly the wrong place to keep a passport number.
my-id.ca is the source agents fill fromProvincial digital ID
Ontario’s digital ID is here and more provinces are coming. It’s genuinely good, and it is complementary, not competitive.
A digital ID proves who you are at the moment you present it. It does not remember your employment history, your child’s health card number, or the address you lived at in 2019.
Digital ID is the proof. my-id.ca is the record.06Government & official forms
Ontario forms, decoded before they’re filled
Knowing which form you need is half the problem. my-id.ca includes 2,620 plain-language guides to ServiceOntario forms across 29 ministries — what it’s for, what you’ll need, and what trips people up — then fills it from your vault.

So how do you make money?
Honestly: not from you. Realtors, mortgage brokers, immigration consultants and law firms pay for hivi-x.ca, the business version, and that revenue funds this one. We don’t sell or broker your personal data — the business product is worth paying for precisely because their clients trust where the documents live.
