Personal data vault Canada/Guide

AI-powered PDF fill and web form fill from your vault

my-id.ca turns a personal data vault into paperwork: self-hosted AI maps your stored profile and family fields onto PDF form fields and web forms, you review every draft value, and nothing is sent to OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic. Data and AI processing stay in Canada on a free consumer plan — which is what most “vault only” products never do.

AI-powered PDF fill

Upload a fillable PDF. my-id.ca’s self-hosted AI proposes mappings from your vault fields to the form’s fields. You review and correct the draft, then download or share the filled copy. Storage vaults that only hold the blank PDF leave that work to you.

AI-powered web form fill

The Chrome extension reads field labels on sites you enable and suggests values from your vault. Autofill is off on every site until you opt in; you click to accept suggestions. The extension talks to my-id.ca only — not to third-party AI APIs.

Photo and paper forms

The same vault can drive fill-from-photo flows: capture a paper form, extract labels, map profile fields, and review the draft. One source of truth for web, PDF, and paper.
